Founder & CEO
Niklaas is the founder of Paletta and CEO of Filmbright, a creative agency partnering with leading universities to bring academic stories to life. With over a decade of experience in educational media and content strategy, he created Paletta to help institutions store, manage, and share their most valuable visual assets — from campus cutaways to high-end research footage.
Based in Bavaria, Niklaas leads on product vision, strategy, and partnerships — blending storytelling, design, and technology to make academic footage more discoverable and impactful.
Ching Ying Wong (Primrose)
Web Designer & Frontend Engineer
Ching Ying Wong (Primrose) is a UI/UX designer, web developer, and instructional designer with a background in educational technology and digital media.
She specializes in crafting intuitive user experiences, building responsive web applications, and integrating AI-driven technologies to enhance digital products. With a strong foundation in research, design, and development, she is committed to creating engaging, meaningful, and user-centered digital experiences.
Dimitar Seraffimov
Backend Software Engineer
Dimitar is a Backend Engineer at Paletta and a Technology Management MSc student at UCL. With a background in software engineering and entrepreneurship, he brings hands-on experience in backend development, cloud infrastructure, and early-stage startups.
He’s passionate about building scalable systems, solving complex problems, and driving innovation — regularly participating in hackathons and venture programmes. Outside of coding, you’ll find him reading, weightlifting, or diving into deep conversations about bold ideas.
